Executive Chef Aoki has thirty years experience which began in Tokyo, Japan. He became a master of Japanese gourmet at prestigious hotels such as Imperial Hotel in Tokyo, Japan, as well as the Grand Hyatt in Maui, HI and some of the finest restaurants in the area which have been featured in the Washington Post and Washingtonian Magazine. Chef Aoki's Signature Taste is created by selective ingredients highly valued in their original flavor, yet very much balanced with his delicate Japanese touch up.
